Positive Intelligence (PQ) is a synthesis of recent breakthroughs in neuroscience, technology, cognitive and behavioral psychology, and performance science. The results of this research have been validated by over 500,000 participants in 50 countries. PQ is a measure of the strength of your POSITIVE mental muscles (let’s call them the “Sage” part of your brain) versus your NEGATIVE ones (“Saboteurs”).

 

Increasing your mental and emotional fitness leads to less stress and more satisfaction. “Mental Fitness” is defined as your ability to understand that you are not your thoughts and that you can achieve a consistent and positive frame of mind.
